Hi, everyone! Today we're going to show you how to make the best ever Tiramisu in a traditional way. (Tiramisu, Tirami Su). Tiramisu is one of the most famous Italian desserts in the world. A classic tiramisu has espresso-flavored ladyfingers with a cream made with mascarpone and egg yolks. There are many versions of tiramisu recipes now, the following recipe is the authentic and traditional one. Just like most traditional tiramisu recipes, using egg yolks to give the filling a light yellow color and thick texture. It tastes really good. Each bite is full of a rich, velvety creamy texture and amazing taste. Hope you like. 📍 Please follow us on Instagram::   / sweetdumplingofficial   📍 Welcome to follow us on FB:   / sweet.dumpling.studio   ---------------------------------------------------------------------- Tiramisù Recipes ☞ Container Size: 14x12x6cm ✎ Ingredients M size egg yolk 2, total 38~40g granulated sugar 53g mascarpone cheese 340g espresso coffee 100ml rum for filling 15g rum for coffee 15g ladyfingers 9~10 ✎ Instructions 1. Pour the rum into the coffee and set aside to cool. 2. Make the sabayon. Combine egg yolks, sugar and rum together, whisk until pale and thick. Bring the water to a boil, then turn to low heat and place the egg yolk mixture over the pot, whisk the mixture constantly until the temperature reaches 70°C, and has a thick, foamy texture. Once done, remove from the heat and keep whisking until cool to room temperature. 3. Add mascarpone to the cooled sabayon (egg yolk mixture) and use an electric mixer to whisk until smooth, but don't over whisk. 4. Assemble the dessert. Dip one side of  ladyfingers very quickly (less than a second) into the coffee and line them in one layer in baking dish. Spread half of the cream over the first layer of ladyfingers. 5. Dip the remaining ladyfingers and spread on the remaining cream. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate overnight or at least 6 hours. 6.
