Handful Chopped Coriander Leaves. . . . [STEP 1] Take A Grinder. Add 1½ cup Coriander, 4 - 5 Green Chillies, ¼ cup Garlic Cloves, 2 - 3 inches Sliced Ginger. Add 1 inch Cinnamon Stick break into tiny pieces, 15 - 20 Black Pepper Corns, 5 Cloves, 7 Cardamom. Add ⅛ cup [ 2 tbsp] Water. Grind Into Smooth Paste & Keep It Aside. . . . [STEP 2] Take A Grinder. Add 2 Roughly Chopped Tomatoes. Grind Into Smooth Paste & Keep It Aside. . . . [STEP 3] Take A Utensil. Add ½ cup Oil, 4 Bay Leaves [Tej Pata], 3 - 4 inches Cinnamon Stick, 20 - 25 Black Pepper Corns, 1 Black Cardamom, 8 Cardamom, 8 Cloves. Fry For 10 secs On Medium Flame. Add 6 Medium Size Sliced Onions, Fry For 15 mins On Medium To High Flame. Add Ground Green Paste [STEP 1], Fry For 8 mins On Medium Flame. Add Ground Tomato [STEP 2], Cook For 10 mins On Low To Medium Flame. Add 1 kg Chicken & Mix It Well, Then Add 1 tbsp Chicken Masala Powder, 5 tbsp East Indian Bottle Masala Or Accordingly, Mix It Well. Add 2 Large Diced Potatoes, Fry For 8 mins On Low Flame. Add 2 tsp Salt, 1 Chicken Maggi Cube, Mix It Well. Add 900 ml [3½ cups] Water, Mix It Well. Cover & Cook For 10 mins On Medium Flame. Mix It Well On Low Flame.
