After North Macedonia, it was our turn to discover Kosovo, a disputed territory, but independent for a few years. I had visited this country before, but for Elisa it was a new experience - we were pleasantly surprised by the progress that had been made, both in terms of infrastructure and mentality. We had one of the most pleasant times in Kosovo... As geographical landmarks, we "hit" the most beautiful areas: the Shar mountains, in the south of the country, the city of Prizren with its long history, and Peja/Pec in the northwest, where we discovered the Rugova Canyon, one of the most spectacular canyons ever traveled.
