HIGH PROTEIN BREAKFAST BURRITO RECIPE

340 cals 33 protein 14 carbs 13 fat Breakfast Burritos (Makes 6 burritos) Ingredients: 6 low carb tortillas (I use the Mission ones) 16oz egg whites 2 chicken sausages (you can use turkey bacon if you want lower cals but it won’t taste as good imo) Peppers and onions 1 cup corn 8oz black beans Cheddar cheese Instructions: 1. Dice up your chicken sausage 2. Add beans and corn to a pot to cook 3. Sauté peppers and onions and chicken sausage in a pan 4. Add egg whites to the pan and scramble 5. Construct the burritos: 1. Layer of corn and beans on the bottom 2. Layer of egg mixture 3. Thin layer of cheese 6. Wrap and bake in oven at 350 for 15 minutes Enjoy!
