So, our destination was Camperplaats Ompert in the beautiful Montferland region. A gently rolling landscape, just 5 km from Emmerich, right on the Dutch border, immediately charmed us with its picturesque villages and historic buildings. A paradise for cyclists and hikers. Quaint villages, a Charles Dickens Museum, castles, forests, and dunes quickly create a wonderful holiday atmosphere. ...
