Kate Bush - Running Up That Hill (Instrumental Synth Cover)
Kate Bush - "Running Up That Hill" remake. Plugins used are: Arturia CMI V for the lead, chords and drone. All sounds are resampled from the factory CELLO2 sample. The lead and chords sound were resampled with a pitchbend and the drone was resampled through a large reverb effect. Arturia DX7 V "32-Bass 4" preset for the bass. The original song has bass guitar credits but the DX7 sounds close enough in the mix. Aly James VProm 2 for the LinnDrum drums. This is a new video for an older remake. I wrote the Kate Bush Synth Sounds article in 2018 but didn't make a playthrough video for this song at the time. I revisited the remake this week, extending it, remixing it and recording electric guitar for the outro.
