안녕하세요! 오늘은 (108번째 피자로) - 부추(정구지)가 남자에게 참 좋다고 하던데 ^^ 누가 선물로 줬는데 사용처가 없어 생각해오다 오늘 다양한 재료와 함께 피자로 만들어 봤습니다 (재료) - 도우/부추/계란2개/베이컨/짭짤이토마토/옐로우토마토/적양파/산마르자노 토마토/피오르디라테 모짜렐라치즈/초리조미트/명란마요소스/파르미지아노 레지아노/엑스트라버진 올리브오일/ 등으로 만들어 집니다.. 부족하지만 재미나게 시청해 주세요. 늘 감사드립니다!!!!! (구독+좋아요) 더 많이 감사 ^^ 피자만들기 도우를 동그랗게 펴줍니다 산마르자노 토마토소스를 골고루 발라줍니다. 적양파를 채썰어 토핑해줍니다. 초리조미트를 조금씩 토핑해줍니다. 피오르디라테 모짜렐라치즈를 토핑해줍니다. 볶아둔 부추+스크램블+베이컨을 토핑해줍니다. 엑스트라버진 올리브오일을 전체적으로 뿌려줍니다. 피자삽으로 옮겨, 화덕이나 오븐에 굽습니다. 전 에페우노 피자오븐 460도에 총1분20초~30초 사이 굽습니다. (오븐마다 최고온고가 다르니, 맞게 구우시면 됩니다). 다 구운후 명란마요소스를 크로스하게 양쪽으로 뿌려줍니다. 파르미지아노 레지아노 블럭치즈를 강판에 갈아서 토핑해줍니다. 이제 완성! 맛있게 드시면 됩니다. 다들 즐겁고 행복한 하루들 되세요. ~~~감사합니다~~~ (English) Hello! Chop red onion and top it with toppings. Add the chorizo meat little by little. Top with fjordirate mozzarella cheese. Top with stir-fried chives + scramble + bacon. Sprinkle with extra-virgin olive oil all over. Transfer to a pizza shovel and bake in a oven or oven. I bake it at 460 degrees in an epeuno pizza oven for a total of 1 minute 20 seconds to 30 seconds. (The highest temperature varies from oven to oven, so grill it accordingly.).
