FIAT tractor stopped for 20 years, will it run ?

the tractor has been in the barn for 20 years. the owner asks me to see if the tractor can start. I am more than 600 kms from my home without tools. I have never approached a tractor and I don’t know how it starts... but I told him yes and it’s my very first video.
