Bank accounts directly impact both the customer and vendor modules, as they are always used to record any cash transactions in the system. This module will identify the different fields that make up the bank account entity and enable you to edit, create, and maintain bank accounts in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations (D3FO). We will review all the functionalities included in the action pane within this entity, such as management information for accessing bank reconciliation, calculating the bank balance, and viewing transactions directly recorded in the bank account. From the payment management and configuration options, we will identify how to manage and edit designs for checks, promissory notes, and bills of exchange. The ultimate goal is to understand the different sections or fast tabs that make up the bank account record, so that you can master the creation, editing, and maintenance of bank accounts.
