Spawn units, Raise the dead and command them with this script in Arma 3
Necro Spawn is a simple infantry spawning and corpse raising script for Arma 3. The player can use either the 0-0 Radio menu or the player action menu to spawn friendly infantry units, raise nearby corpses, and command active spawned/raised units. Normal units are spawned from a configurable classname list, and Corpses can be raised from dead infantry near the player. Spawned and raised units will search for nearby enemies, engage them, guard the player, hold their current position, and return to the player in formation, or be dismissed. Mission makers can use vanilla or modded infantry classnames, as long as those classnames exist in CfgVehicles and inherit from CAManBase. Corpse raising can recreate the same type of unit that died. For example, raising a dead machinegunner will create a machinegunner, if enabled, the raised unit will also use the corpse's loadout. Spawned/raised units cache their original loadout when created, so if one of your own spawned friendlies dies while holding a pistol, the script can still raise him with his original rifle/loadout. If a corpse has no usable primary weapon data, the raised unit keeps its default classname gear. Raised enemy corpses are forced into the player's side/group so your spawned friendly units will not attack them. Main Features: ============== Can use either 0-0 Radio menu or player action menu. Configurable spawn unit list using classnames. Supports vanilla and modded infantry classnames. Spawned units use "Spawn" wording. Corpses use "Raise" wording. Spawned units and raised corpse units have separate limits. Spawned and raised units are created on the player's side. Optional player group joining. Spawned and raised units search for the nearest enemy. Spawned and raised units attack and chase enemies. Guard mode keeps units near the player. Hunt mode makes units patrol ahead and attack aggressively. Hold mode makes units hold their current position. Return to me command brings units back to the player in formation. Dismiss command deletes all active spawned/raised units. Raise nearest corpse command can raise any dead infantry body. Corpse raising can use the dead unit's classname. Corpse raising can copy the dead unit's loadout. Spawned/raised units cache their original loadout for better reraising. Corpse loadout copy can require a primary weapon to avoid pistol only raises. No cooldown between spawns. Optional timed lifetime for normal spawned units only. Raised corpse units do not expire from the spawn lifetime timer. Optional despawn if units get too far from the player. Raised corpse units can ignore distance despawn by default. Dead spawned units can be kept as corpses for raising or deleted after a delay.
