I used some basic parts I had laying around. I used zinc plated BB's for the media which made the parts look almost chromed. I have some stainless steel media on the way which will hopefully make the process a little cleaner as the zinc flaked off the BB's and coated the aluminum parts. You could use lots of other types of media. Steel shot, walnut, corn cob etc
