Assembling a Multi Piece Wheel, Tube, Flap and Tire.

In this video I talk about a W.W. 2 Veteran who taught me the correct process of assembling Multi-Piece Wheels without endangering my myself. Dave Arnson is long gone as is Ever-Wear Tire Products, but what He taught me is invaluable and I'm grateful for His teachings. I also briefly discuss the hazards of welding on these wheels while they are fully assembled and how fast a lapse in attention can prove fatal.
