Dutch Cheese, Clogs, and Laughter | Irene Hoeve, Netherlands

During our visit to the Netherlands, one of our most memorable stops was Irene Hoeve in Katwoude, a traditional Dutch cheese farm and wooden shoe workshop near Volendam. What began as a simple sightseeing stop quickly became one of the highlights of our trip. The entertaining presentation, rich Dutch traditions, and good humor made the experience unforgettable.
