Side Baby: "Il rap italiano è Milano-centrico, senza la DPG non avrei fatto il rap come lavoro"

Side Baby, the stage name of Arturo Bruni, recently released Leggendario, two years after Il ritorno del vero. The album features some of the most illustrious names in the Italian rap scene, from longtime bandmates Tony Effe and Pyrex to Yung Snapp, Mv Killa, Zepdembo, Disme, Rasty Kilo, Niky Savage, Diss Gacha, Mew, and Franco126. It's a tale of Rome, of which Side aims to be "one of the symbols," but also a figure capable of inspiring the neighborhood kids, who "see me in the same place as them doing certain things, and they can draw inspiration." The Roman author also spoke about a possible return of the Dark Polo Gang: "It would be cool to see the four of us alone again, how we've evolved, and then together what we can come up with."
