1 Basics of Body Position
Here are a couple tips about how to feel less stiff and more on time when dancing (I'm not including steps to any specific type of dance, just the basics of body positioning for a social partnered style of dance). I'd recommend just practicing the positioning, getting a sense of what feels comfortable and how it affects the ranges of your balance and looking in a mirror while doing so to get a better idea of how you'll look if that matters to you.
