I had a awesome hike up to Ulriken and over vidden, the weather was terrible but thats fine. 12 degress at the bottom and 6 degress at the top, and we are in juli. Thats not summer. And it was so fun to hike up the amazing stone stairs build be sherpas from Nepal. 1333 stone stair all the way to the top, amazing how this was build. The work and quality is absolutely fantastic. This work must have been hard and it is amazing that we can get real Sherpas from Nepal to do this. If you are going to visit Ulriken in Bergen then you have to go up the stone stairs. Do not take the path, go it is worth the effort. I was a little in doubt if I should cross the plateau, but I did. It was cold, raining a lot. But it does not matter. Lovely to be outside.
