Deliberate Life Designs Pursuit Sandal -- The best minimalist hiking footwear??

I love hiking in my Deliberate Life Design Sandal. If you are looking for a minimalist shoe for hiking and backpacking this is perfect. Please note, I have backpacked in sandals, just not these yet. Barefoot hiking shoes and barefoot backpacking shoes are becoming more popular because you experience freedom and they are o' so cool. Good bye blisters? In this video I will often compare them against my other favorite minimalist backpacking shoe my Xero Z-trails sandals and Xero Z-trek sandals. You need to try hiking barefoot. If not barefoot then let me convince you to try at least try hiking and backpacking in sandals or minimalist shoes. If you have big wide feet, sandals and minimalist shoes might be the best option for you. If you are not used to minimalist shoes they will feel VERY different and take a little getting used too. Please use them slowly. If you have only worn heels and cushy supportive shoes all your life you have weak ankles, feet and calves.
