Add onion, carrots & celery; cook 5 min. Add garlic, sriracha & herbs; cook 1 min. 2️⃣ Thicken: Stir in flour; cook 2 min. Slowly add broth while stirring until smooth. Add half & half and peas. Simmer uncovered. 3️⃣ Make Dumplings: Combine dry dumpling ingredients. Stir in sour cream, milk & melted butter just until a soft dough forms — don’t overmix. 4️⃣ Assemble: Add chicken to the simmering soup. Scoop small dumplings on top in an even layer. Spoon a little broth over each. 5️⃣ Steam: Cover tightly and gently boil/simmer 15 min without lifting the lid. Check with a toothpick — cook a little longer if needed. 6️⃣ Serve & Enjoy: Garnish with fresh parsley! Note: add more broth if you would like a thinner stew. I think fresh herbs add a lot of flavor, but if you don’t have them on hand, no problem, you can use dried.  Visit our NEW Home online!
