Luigi Circuit Ultra Shortcut Theory Update & Possible Barrel Roll Location

To be honest, I don't know enough about barrel rolls to be confident about anything in this video, but this could potentially be a huge discovery. There's also a large possibility that this location has already been known for a while, but I thought it was worth mentioning at the least. I would say that this ultra shortcut theory still needs a substantial amount of work, but I also have a feeling that it's a lot closer than it seems...
