While many Victorians begrudgingly endure the temporary upheaval of the North East Link; a project we will ultimately pay for through tolls and taxes; we hold onto the promise, that this 'missing link', first mooted in 2017, will finally take thousands of trucks off local roads and deliver on its promise of a more connected city.
