Welcome to another day exploring Crete! 🇬🇷 Today we experienced a rollercoaster of emotions that we weren't expecting at all. We started the morning falling in love with the streets of Rethymno and exploring the imposing Fortezza, but what came next almost ruined our trip. 😱 When we arrived at our accommodation, we were met with an unacceptable situation: mold everywhere and a bathroom that was falling apart. We couldn't stay there! Join us to see how we dealt with the problem (with a bit of stress, we won't lie) and how, as if by magic, we ended up getting an upgrade that completely changed our mood. 🥂 To end the day, we headed to the jewel in the crown: Chania. Strolling through its Venetian harbor at sunset reminded us why traveling is always worthwhile, despite the bumps in the road.
