IKOKC Summer Camp 2024 Saturday

Check out what the International Karate Organization Kyokushinkaikan Canada Summer Camp offered this year at the beautiful Ashton Creek riverside campsite. The day started with a beautiful run, followed by fitness challenge, team challenges, breaks to relax in the scenic river and refuel and breakout sessions for Ido Kijon, Goshin Jitsu, kumite, & kata training.
