Merida Crossway 100 Bike Rebuild with new Shimano Deore and XT components

This hybrid bike originally came with very low end Shimano mountain bike components, 3x9 setup, with large jumps in gear ratios. I mainly ride flat commutes with few inclines, so a 11-28 road cassette was paired with a 38-28 front chain ring which has worked out perfectly. I have since upgraded a few extra things since making this video, but still need to upgrade wheels, front shocks, headset and set to get the perfect setup for me.
