How To Cook Crispy Fish In Air Fryer Ingredients Catfish nuggets or fish of your choice 1 cup yellow corn meal (NOT Cornmeal mix) 1 teaspoon Old Bay Seasoning 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder 1 teaspoon Onion Powder 1 teaspoon paprika Salt and pepper to taste Olive Oil Spray or any oil spray 1 teaspoon of thyme for garnish (optional lemon wedge for garnish or a squeeze or acid on your plate (optional) THIS IS HOW WE DO IT: *Heat air Fryer to 400 Degrees *Mix all dry seasoning together *Coat each piece of fish thoroughly and shake off any access and set aside on plate *Spray the bottom of Air Fryer tray *Spray one side of the fish and lay it in the air fryer oil sprayed side down *Cook for 10 minutes, turn fish over and spray the other side *Cook for an additional 8-10 minutes Place on plate and garnish with Thyme and lemon if using ENJOY!
