This place has been ranked as a particularly important national monument by the Vietnamese Government and recognized by Unesco as a dual world heritage since 2014. Trang An with a system of limestone mountains with a geological age of about 250 million years, over a long period of weathering due to changes in the Earth, climate, sea level rise and sea level fall, has brought within it hundreds of valleys, caves, lakes and lagoons.
