A walk through lowtown - Exploring the black country
I walk through lowtown part of fens pool nature reserve just off pensnett road which is an area that's full of history from a housing estate that was present during the early 1900's called lowtown, the houses where occupied by miners and Lowerclass working people and are known as slums locally.
