I had many experiences during my long-awaited visit to Cheonggyecheon. Due to the cloudy weather, there weren't many people around despite it being a holiday, and the birds seemed to be resting in their habitats. A little egret flew forward little by little as if guiding people, attracting their attention with its cute movements. I also encountered a night heron hunting fish from a hidden spot, and managed to capture a rare two-shot of a night heron and an egret. Due to a sudden downpour, Cheonggyecheon was closed off, and we had to evacuate urgently. Just as I was explaining the situation to a French family out for a walk with their baby and we were leaving together, the evacuation siren and announcements began. They seemed to find the situation amusing, as they kept taking photos as they made their way. I also witnessed a massive amount of water pouring into Cheonggyecheon. As expected, Cheonggyecheon welcomed me with its diverse scenery.
