These past few days have been very emotional and challenging in my journey as a new mum. Our baby, Oakley, fell sick, and we ended up at the hospital twice, where he had to be put on a nebuliser to help his breathing and tested for several viruses. Watching your little one struggle is so heartbreaking, and I wanted to share the raw reality of what it’s like to handle these tough moments as a mum. On top of that, I experienced a health scare of my own—a pain led me to a doctor’s visit, where I found out I have a large cyst on my ovary. It could require surgery, and they tested to make sure it wasn’t cancerous, which was incredibly scary.
