So I asked Aton and Inday to help me with the baking coz you know...I don't know how to bake! lol! Plus unboxing my gift for Phil! Enjoy! Here's the recipe for the Carrot Cake we did: 2 cups (260g) chopped pecans (1 cup for cake, 1 cup for garnish.
