INGREDIENTS Sirloin steak Eggs Breadcrumbs Garlic salt Bahian seasoning Annatto seeds Oil for frying PREPARATION METHOD Season the steaks with salt, annatto seeds, and Bahian seasoning. Break the eggs, beat them, and dip the steaks in the beaten egg. Coat the steaks in breadcrumbs and fry in hot oil. Set aside. Fry the eggs one by one and place them on top of the steaks in a serving dish. Garnish to taste with lettuce, bell pepper, tomato, carrot, etc... Enjoy your meal!!!
