SW: TOR - Imperial agent's act I finale
[WARNING: THIS VIDEO CONTAINS SPOILERS FROM THE CLASS STORY OF THE IMPERIAL AGENT FROM SW:TOR] This video features the whole ending sequence of the first act of the Imperial agent class story from Star Wars: The Old Republic. Note that I cut down some parts of the gameplay to save just the most important and interesting bits. The ending of the act is determined by your dialogue choices the first time you get to speak with Darth Jadus and it can be somehow hard to figure out which option leads to what. The whole sequence can have a light side ending, two dark side endings and a neutral-ish ending. The neutral path (which is actually a more neutral-to-light side kind of deal) is the most straightforward and quick. Once Darth Jadus asks your agent to consider his/her options, you are given the choice to tell Jadus "But if I die, you get nothing": then you must follow up with "I know something you don't". After this, you must convince Jadus that, even in the event you'll die, your companions or Watcher Two will be able to escape him and reveal his plans to the galaxy, with both the Sith Empire and the Republic uniting against him. After Jadus threatens you, you must tell him that he may as well kill you, because he has already lost. This leads to Darth Jadus handling his half of the Eradicators codes to you and retreat from the known space for the time being. After the conversation and Watcher Two arrival on the bridge, however, you'll be forced to deal with a small pack of Jadus' former servants. While the Eradicators crysis is resolved, there are no guarantees Jadus won't return one day. The dark side path involves entering your half of the Eradicators' activation code in the bridge's console and let them fire according to Jadus' plan, but then the actual ending is determined by dialogue options: You can do the above to follow Watcher Two's plan, as to say getting the Eradicators to fire, distract Jadus long enough to sabotage the ship and then capture him once and for all. After the conversation with Jadus you must navigate the ship and disable its main systems as you also fight Jadus' forces (who will become hostile after destroying the first system). After destroying everything, Watcher Two instructs you to return to the bridge and there you'll have a boss fight with Jadus. After that, Jadus is imprisoned in a force field as the Dark Council fleet arrives to take him into custody. While Darth Jadus is stopped once and for all, the Eradicators did fire, hitting several Imperial targets (you can hear different cries for help as you explore the ship to disable its systems). You can decide to side with Darth Jadus in his crusade to reshape the galaxy in his own image. The Eradicators will still fire under Jadus' command, but you pledge your loyalty to him and betray Watcher Two in the process. Not only Jadus is allowed to retreat safely, but he also gives you a mission: to kill his daughter, Darth Zhorrid, on Dromund Kaas. You are tasked to go there and do the deed. In this path Zhorrid serves as the final boss of the act and behaves as a rather unremarkable Sith sorcerer without any special gimmick. After killing her, you are chosen by Jadus to be his Hand and he retreats from the scenes, at least for now. Becoming the Hand of Jadus has several (albeit minor) effects on the following acts of the Imperial agent story (most notably, you'll have a bonus quest on Hoth during act II and you can use your status as the Hand of Jadus in several dialogue options) The light side path involves using your half of the Eradicators' code to deactive the weapons and try to prepare the ship for your escape after Jadus' will notice what you did. After using the code you are tasked to interact with some parts of the ship and then return to the bridge to deal with Darth Jadus, which triggers a boss fight. While in this ending the Eradicators don't make many Imperial casualities, Jadus manages to escape from his ship and is free to plot a future return to Imperial space. If you decide to follow either the dark or the light path, you'll be forced in a battle with Darth Jadus. Jadus behaves like a Sith sorcerer and will mainly attack with Dark side spells. He has also a special channelled ability, Channelling the Dark Side, which will slowly make him recover his health for its entire duration, althought it can be interrupted. Jadus doesn't have much health for an elite or a boss because his fight is divided into four phases: after defeating him once he'll cast a spell that will knock you away and will begin recovering his health. You must use this opportunity to activate the consoles Watcher Two will point you towards. After that, Jadus becomes hostile again and you must defeat him a second time before activating other terminals like before. You must face Jadus three times this way: after that, he will send his two dark guardians at you (whom are incredibly easy to defeat) and only then the fight will be over
