Theming With WP REST API - Part 03 - Add Images To API

In this episode we are going to learn how to add images to our WordPress REST API and then display those images with Vue.js. We are going to be using standard WordPress functionality to get the URLs of our images, and then we are going to return that data via function in our ```functions.php``` file. As you will see in this tutorial series we are going to manipulate WP REST API quite a bit to get the data that we want, from just one API request and just one API endpoint. That will make our theme much faster because of the fewer requests to database and the REST API. Of course after that is all done we will display said images using Vue.js.
