Grand Prairie police under scrutiny after wrong-house shooting
In Grand Prairie, police responding to a 911 disturbance call mistakenly went to the wrong house due to a dispatch system error. Officers reportedly knocked for five minutes before a resident, Thomas Simpson, opened the garage door with a gun.
