In 1978 Director Robert O'Connor and his film crew followed the BFGoodrich Performance Racing Team on their journey to the world famous Mint 400. The BFG team, which included the Bill Stroppe built #235 Chevy Blazer of Frank "Scoop" Vessels and the sister Blazer of #247 "Baja" Bob Gordon and co-driver Gary Pace, entered alongside an incredible 437 competitors.
