MEASURING AND ADDING RUFFLES TO MY HANKIE CUSHION

I'm making my vintage hankie cushion cover even MORE frilly by adding a sweet ruffle. In this video I demonstrate how I measure, cut and make a lovely 3x ruffle! :) Join me for Truelove Family stories (which I have many, as a mother of 10 kids), Mothering Autism, with our Maxwell on our many fun car rides, and Free quilting class and sewing lessons!
