However, for overall balance and a beautiful body line, especially the hips, hamstrings are a muscle group you should never leave out. Leg curls you do every day is an excellent workout, but today's stiff leg deadlift and one leg deadlifts are focused on extending the hamstrings which is another way to greatly stimulate the hamstrings!
