Trains at Leicester - 06/04/2023

Filmed on 06/04/2023. Now, the fourth and final station of the day brings us to the evening rush and back along the Midland Mainline. For what for this session has been rather interesting and makes for some usual platform alterations. Its back to Leicester (Season 10 Episode 10) Cross Country Trains did have crew shortages which did lead to slight confusion. As there was no train crew between Leicester and Cambridge, a Cross Country service was cancelled which lead to East Midlands Railway having to use platform 1 instead. But, this did pay off for a major increase in compacity. For Freightliner, one of their workings to Hope Sidings was delayed by over 3 hours with reasons unknown but did make up for some interesting action.
