Supreme Court Ruling WORSE Than You Think | Mark Levin Warns

On Tuesday's Mark Levin Show, Chief Justice Roberts' opinion on the 14th Amendment rests on a flawed reliance on English common law from the 1600s, which held that birth in the sovereign's territory automatically created citizenship and allegiance to the king. The framers used English common law as a guide but rejected elements conflicting with the U.S. constitutional system, and the 14th Amendment (following the Civil Rights Act of 1866) was specifically intended to grant full citizenship and equal rights to freed Black slaves and their children amid post-Civil War resistance in former Confederate states—not to address immigration or confer birthright citizenship on children of illegal aliens.   Be sure to hear the rest of what Mark has to say by listening to the full Audio Rewind.
