After Diagnosing and Repairing the extremely Intermittent Network Fault in Part 1, the customer also requested to program an extra KEY FOB on his 2017 Cadillac CTS. He provided a USED fob that he bought on eBay. But apparently only NEW VIRGIN key fobs can be programmed to the vehicle... Sometimes we learn the hard way. Enjoy! Ivan
