The Faculty of Food Management conducts fieldwork and project-based learning (PBL) in various regions both domestically and internationally. Students visit these locations and, through interactions with producers, discover the diverse food cultures that thrive in each region and the fascinating people who support them. To share these discoveries with a wider audience, we have implemented initiatives to enhance students' communication skills, such as video production and website creation.
