What happens when traditional Capoeira music and movement meets a modern drum set? This video brings together the energy, rhythm, movement, singing, instruments, and community spirit of Capoeira- with a unique musical twist. Alongside traditional Capoeira sounds, the project explores a fresh fusion with drums, exploring a powerful new atmosphere inside the roda. The video is a collaboration between Ianomi, who also plays the drums, and members of the Swiss Center for Capoeira.
