Ashes in The Maw Trophy While in the janitor's room, escape with the gnome statue, repeat until you can successfully escape with the statue. Throw the gnome statue you got from the janitor's room into the fire for a secret achievement. Ashes to Ashes Trophy In the library, grab the book with the geisha's face. Go downstairs, all the way left, pass the fireplace, place it next to the other geisha book. A secret door will open, break the vase.
