Hello, everyone. โค๏ธ Today, I prepared a 30-minute walking exercise! I expected it to get cold all of a sudden, but I was a little surprised because it got cold It's getting cold, so it's not easy to go outside and walk! It's a walking exercise that you can easily follow without going outside :) I sweat a lot. It's easy to move, but I can definitely work out! I think it can be replaced by walking exercise in winter!
