It's been 2 years since we bought the land on which we started to build our cabin, step by step. We look back fondly at everything that has changed and realize that, although we still have many projects to do, every weekend spent here has meant a step forward. This day was a quiet one, with a little rain, fresh air and that rhythm that we love so much about country life. We painted a rustic chandelier and mounted the three chandeliers on the terrace, we repainted the pipes from the septic tank with spray paint, and Mugur did some more tidying up in the shed. We also took care of the yard, cutting the weeds with the Einhell electric shears, so that the garden is more well-groomed and prepared for the projects to come. At the end, we sit for a while and share some thoughts about the two years that have passed since we started this project. There is still a lot to do: we want to build the fence, a gazebo and continue landscaping the yard, but we are trying not to rush and enjoy each stage.
