Amritsari machhli: Ingredients Fish boneless fillet ½ kg Gram flour ¾ cup Chat masala 1 tsp Dried fenugreek ½ tsp crushed Ginger garlic 1 tbsp Salt 1 tsp Chili powder 1 tsp Crushed red pepper 1 tsp Allspice 1 tsp Lemon juice ¼ cup Sambal oleak 2tbsp Plum chili sauce 2tbsp Method Marinate fish with all the given ingredients and leave it in the fridge for 1 hour, at the time of frying sprinkle gram flour on fish and rub well to coat, deep fry to a golden color until fish is crisp, serve sprinkled with chat masala. Dizzy izzy fluff: Ingredients Strawberry jello 2 packets Frozen strawberries 2 cups Whipped cream 1 ½ cup Condensed milk 4 tbsp strawberries sliced 1 cup Method Boil 2 cups water, add in strawberry jello, mix until dissolved, add in thawed strawberries with the juice and mix well with a beater, now fold in this the whipped cream, condensed milk, pour in the mini dessert dish and decorate with fresh or dried strawberries.
