Om Die Dam 2024

Om Die Dam 2024 is a 50k road Ultra Marathon in Hartbeespoort Dam South Africa. The name "Om die dam" translates in English as "around the lake" which is exactly what you do, run around the Hartbeespoort Dam Lake. I had a fantastic experience this year and want to extend gratitude to the organizers, fellow runners, and support crew. Then a special big thank you to the local Harties people who brought the "Gees" and allowed us to take over your dam for a day. Without you would have been a mere hot summer day on a South African road. Thank you to everyone who liked, subscribed, and shared my videos. I love capturing time for us at these events and hope to do it many more times. (The Saucony Pro 4 ran the 50K like a dream. I can recommend them.)
