Portable Fold Up Table For Your Canopy

Having a portable table that can easily be attached to the side of your canopy, can make meal preparation a whole lot easier. It doesn't take up very much room and it folds away and fits into a small space. In this video, I'll explain how I built this table out of 12mm ply, some box section steel tubing, a short length of round tubing and some nuts and bolts. The table dimension are 1000 x 435 x 12mm ply. The leg is made from 25 x 25 x 1.6 box section galvanised tube, with a short section of 20 x 20 x 1.6mm box section tube that slides inside the 25 x 25. The foot on the bottom is also 25 x 25 x 1.6mm box section tube. The 20 x 20 x 1.6 box tubing is welded to the short length of 25mm round tubing, held in place with 2 conduit saddles. The locking pin that I included as a safety feature is made from a 10mm bolt, with the thread cut off and a washer welded to the top. This prevents the table from falling, if someone were to knock it. Here's the link to the mobile welding table that was mentioned in the video.    • How I Built My Mobile Welding Bench   Music: There and Back, sourced from http://www.free-stock-music.com If you have any questions, please leave them in the comments below.
