Every stage of PTR2 on max difficulty (difficulty 16/"black hat"). Widescreen hack and auto Parappa input are on and the game is running at 8x native resolution in PCSX2. You can get this difficulty yourself in game by first completing all stages with the yellow hat. Then as you hit X on 'single play' to start a level, click in R3 (right stick) and point the stick directly down. This activates difficulty 16. There are different difficulty levels from 0-16 that you can select by holding the stick in certain directions.
