This time, I focused on the pad area where I got a bite last time. Last time, I got a bite on a worm retrieved over the pads, so I thought, "Maybe the pads are the right approach next time?" I decided to try a more serious approach using an H rod and PE line. I checked around the pads with frogs and worms, but got no bites... Then, while retrieving a Dodge lure very slowly in an open area, I hooked a 43cm bass!
