Schuh- EINLAGEN – ja oder nein? 🤔 Ein Meister der Orthopädietechnik klärt auf

More information: https://patrick-wentzel.de/ Patients often ask me what I think about insoles. They've been diagnosed with flat feet, fallen arches, or similar conditions by their orthopedist and prescribed insoles accordingly. Basically, conventional insoles are supportive inserts—a kind of crutch. But orthopedic experts know that anything that provides support also weakens the foot. Therefore, conventional insoles are unsuitable in many cases. Worn over an extended period, their effect is actually counterproductive. The support gradually diminishes, and without the insole, walking becomes virtually impossible. It would be much better to correct the gait. In other words—and this is our well-known credo at Liebscher & Bracht—to address the root cause of the problem and not try to mask the symptom with an insole. For several years now, we have been collaborating with Dr. Oppel's osteopathy and physiotherapy practice. Jürgen Bohnhorst, a fifth-generation master orthotist, has developed a special insole here that not only provides support but also corrects gait. It addresses the root cause of gait abnormalities. Dr. Oppel's practice in Berlin: https://www.integrative-medizin.com/s... I first became aware of Jürgen Bohnhorst as a patient, and his work continues to fascinate me to this day. So much so that we now work closely together. In today's video, Jürgen Bohnhorst presents his insoles. You will see why conventional insoles are often ineffective and what the advantages of Jürgen Bohnhorst's insoles are. #liebscherbracht #berlin #patrickwentzel
